CSI/QCI is an output of our Customer Satisfaction measurement tool through our Feedback Management system.
The CSI “Customer Satisfaction Index” enables businesses to read opinions expressed by customers and measure satisfaction in order to benchmark services and to improve upon them. 

Acceptable levels of performance are determined and each aspect of the delivery is consistently measured against this benchmark level.
