A strong back-end automated system enables the feedback gathered (as part of the Feedback Management program) to be delivered virtually instantly.
 
Feedback gathered through the automated system is processed through an automated analytical system, which enables results to be fed to clients quickly and at regular intervals. 

A special feature of this system, as with the Grievance Manager, is the triggering-off of an instant alert to the concerned designated people in the event of negative feedback.
